This is a contract position in Crane, IN Projected End Date:
07/24/2015Located near NSA Crane working with the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center Environmental Protection Office supporting Air Compliance & Management Program & other tasking related to Environmental compliance.
Tasks include a broad range of environmental regulation knowledge & compliance oversight activities, which may include evaluating federal, state & DOD environmental regulations, meeting with customers, governmental & other project personnel to determine compliance requirements, permit actions, emissions estimates, & source reviews.
The candidate must:
have the knowledge & experience to work on problems of diverse scope & exercise independent judgment within generally defined practices & policies in selecting methods& techniques for obtaining solutions; make decisions that may have a direct effect on project schedules; interact daily with customers& peer staff members; and handle unusual & seldom occurring job events with minimal assistance.
Will also require support with internal local operations, facilities & other projects with environmental compliance needs/actions.
May also be required to attend conferences, training or other task-related opportunities to network with potential customers & present capabilities.
Overall Environmental Compliance & environmental project management experience will enable the successful candidate to accurately assess & manage diverse environmental projects.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Mgmt, or other technical field, and at least 4 years of related experience.
Knowledge of Air Compliance regulations.
Good oral & written communications skills, organizational skills, attention to detail & time management ability.
Familiar with PC Microsoft applications.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment & meet short deadlines.
DESIRED:
Experience with other environmental programs (RCRA, CWA, CAA, SPCC), DoD & Navy activities, permit application preparation & multimedia reviews.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
