The Data Analyst at TrueScripts Management Services deals with health insurance claims data, client data, and member data on a daily transactional level.
The Data Analyst applies techniques to analyze client data and provide insights into the health of the data and provides options to lower the client and members healthcare cost working within the framework of a MS Business Intelligence System.
Data Analyst will be a key support role for Account Management (AM), Business Development (BD), Clinical Care (CC), and Executive Teams.
RequirementsWhat we'd love to seeScope of responsibility includes data preparation for analysis and reports for Client and Clinical requests, Power BI dashboards, and quality audits.
will provide continuous improvement in data processing to respond faster to Analytics requests.
The Analyst will make complicated data easy to understand for the business user.
Requires the ability to gain a high degree of Business knowledge regarding the PBM industry.
Possesses business and technical abilities working in the areas of Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, and Transactional Claims Processing.
Perform quality audit on all analysis and reports sent to other TrueScripts departments.
Work with business process owners to continuously improve reporting processes as well as research, recommend, and implement business best practices and related technology trends.
Works closely with business teams to understand and document requirements.
Utilizes SQL Server data modeling, programs, and queries to prepare and analyze data from proprietary databases, Dynamics CRM, or vendor databases.
Builds both customer facing and internally facing dashboards in Power BI, Excel, or PowerPoint.
Interpret data to identify and analyze trends or patterns on a comparative basis to the client's historical performance and industry standards/trends.
Independent project management skills.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Associate degree with 4
years proven experience as a Data Analyst or bachelor's degree with 2
years proven experience as a Data Analyst.
Educational background should have a focus on computer science, data analytics, and/or business management.
Communication Skills:
Must be articulate and able to work directly with senior management as a high-level expert.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
Communication, both written and verbal, must be clear, concise, and easily understood by multiple levels within the organization.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing environment.
Ability to work in an open team environment and be a team player with all levels of staff and management is required.
Technical Skills:
Exceptional problem solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Understanding of Database Concepts and the ability to interact technically with BI Developers and Business Analysts.
Technically skilled in developing SQL queries to analyze data and develop Power BI Dashboards/Reports.
Exceptional knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point as reporting tools or the ability to learn.
Strong computer skills including the entire Microsoft Office 365 platform.
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the PBM industry.
Good understanding and appreciation of information security.
Experience with technical documentation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
